I offer a full refund or an exchange of the product for all online orders & products bought from my market pop-up shop within 28 days of purchase, providing that the products are unworn, in perfect condition, and in the original packaging.

Please note: postage is non-refundable, and any exchanges will be charged a new postage fee.

If you are needing an adjustment on your item, there maybe an adjustment charge, see below. ​​

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

Please message or email me if you would like to make a return.

I will organise a ROYAL MAIL FREE collection service of your product from your given address. 

Your refund will be made within 5-10 business days, once I have received the product.

Not going to be home for your collection? 

( please state where your parcel will be left for your free collection service by the Royal Mail )

 Items must be in original packaging, gift box, pouch and VIXON SILVER bag and box.

I cannot refund items I do not receive & are not liable for lost parcels.

HANDMADE JEWELLERY WARRANTY

Twelve months warranty period from date of purchase. During the warranty period, returned jewellery will be assessed, and if proves to be defective as a result of improper material or workmanship, it will be repaired or replaced with no extra charge.

CHARGE FOR ADJUSTING/REPAIR OF  YOUR JEWELLERY

Re-stringing any elastic, silk or wire beaded bracelets: £15.00​

Standard repair/adjustment fee: £15.00  plus any additional fee on top of this may occur for materials.

Ring adjustments from £20.00 

Chain adjustments: £20.00 plus any additional material costs.

These products can not be returned unless faulty within 12 months from purchase.

It is important to check when ordering your size, and when ordering personalised jewellery please check your required characters, i.e. letters, numbers and/or symbols are correct, as this can not be rectified afterwards.

Please be aware that stamping and engraving is done by hand, giving a unique hand stamped/hand written

style that we like and is not guaranteed to be uniform.

SUSTAINABLE JEWELLERY

It is a huge importance to me that VIXON SILVER handmade jewellery is made from eco friendly recycled solid sterling silver, making minimal environmental impact in todays world.

 

TEXTURED JEWELLERY

If you choose to have your piece textured, this means your item will be hammered & polished or brushed leaving either beautiful tiny planes giving sparkles in all directions, or brushed, creating lovely lines know as grain. The grain look is visually appealing and is resistant to small scratches and finger prints.

JEWELLERY CARE & RECOMMENDATIONS

Keep your jewellery clean from chemicals.

If you have purchased a Cuff Bangle, please do not try to bend this tight to your wrist or open it wider as this could fracture the silver or gold.

CLEANING CARE

Cleaning your jewellery can be done using a non abrasive soap and warm water, a soft tooth brush and then rinsed well and dried with a soft towel.

To remove the natural tarnish of silver, a commercial silver cleaner may be used.

Be careful to read and follow the manufacturers directions, and check it is safe to use if your jewellery has a stone, as not all gemstones can be cleaned this way.

GEMSTONE BEADS

My gemstone beads are the best and highest quality beads from UK registered gemstone supplier registered since 1967.

I have a wide verity of Quartz beads as well as Onyx, Lava natural stone and many more.

My stones are all natural stones and precious gemstones.

Each stone has its own individual properties and meaning.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to the nature of the mineral, each bead is unique, so colour's will vary and slight natural inclusions and zoning may be present.

CARE: As with all gemstones, care must be taken. It is not advised to place in ultrasonic, steam cleaner or chemical cleaning solution.

Gemstones can be easily cleaned with a warm soupy water mix and dried using an untreated cloth.

It is advised to avoid exposing gemstones to prolonged periods of heat and light.

Sea water can cause zoning and dullness of gemstone beads so it is advised not to expose your gemstone beads to salt water/sea water.

Cubic Zirconia Gemstone.

 I use Cubic Zirconia Crystals in some of my pieces, specifications will be under each item. Cubic Zirconia are a

man-made gemstone, most commonly used as a Diamond imitation, but now available in a wide range of colour for us to enjoy. These very durable stones are affordable and simply look great!
