If you have changed your mind or are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund or exchange of unworn items, returned in their original packaging within 28 days of purchase. 

You will not have to pay for your return, we send Royal Mail to pick your item up and bring it back to us.

Personalised, made to order jewellery, bespoke commissions and any jewellery altered upon request are exempt from refund or exchange.

Hand stamped and engraved jewellery is done by hand, and is also non refundable and cannot be exchanged as once marked this can not be changed so please make sure you have given the correct information for your personalised piece.

Please be aware, personalised jewellery can take up to 1-4 weeks to be made, hallmarked and sent out to you, depending on the item, so please message me if you would like more information.

Due to the nature of the mineral, each gemstone or gemstone bead is unique, so colour's will vary and slight natural inclusions and zoning may be present.

Most of my gemstones are their natural colour but some may have been treated, if so this will be in the description for you.

CARE: As with all gemstones, care must be taken. It is not advised to place in ultrasonic, steam cleaner or chemical cleaning solution.

Gemstones can be easily cleaned with a warm soupy water mix and dried using an untreated cloth.

It is advised to avoid exposing gemstones to prolonged periods of heat and light.

Sea water can cause zoning and dullness of gemstone beads so it is advised not to expose your gemstone beads to salt water/sea water.

VIXON SILVER  handmade jewellery's non-machine-made nature has a artisan quality, unique character and a personal touch. 

In creating an authentic piece, I use my skills and traditional techniques, making no two pieces exactly alike. Variations in my handmade jewellery celebrate the passion and care that comes from the human hand connecting the created piece to the wearer.
