All VIXON SILVER deliveries are made using ROYAL MAIL TRACKED with the option for a signature or faster delivery.

Personalised made to order jewellery, bespoke commissions and any jewellery altered upon request are exempt from refund or exchange.

Handstamped and engraved jewellery is done by hand, and is also non refundable and cannont be exchanged as once marked this can not be changed so please make sure you have given the correct information for your personalised piece.

Please be aware, personalised jewellery can take up to 2-6 weeks to be made, hallmarked and sent out to you, depending on the item, so please message me if you would like more infomation.

Using recycled silver and gold means not having to mine our planet, reducing CO2 emissions and  protecting the environment.

My handmade jewellery's non-machine-made nature has a artisan quality, unique character and a personal touch. 

In creating an authentic piece, I use my skills and traditional techniques, making no two pieces exactly alike. Variations in my handmade jewellery celebrate the passion and care that comes from the human hand connecting the created piece to the wearer.

Bracelet should fit fairly snug but needs slight movement for fastening.

RETURNS ARE FREE 

If you have changed your mind or are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund or exchange of unworn items, returned in their original packaging within 28 days of purchase. 

You will not have to pay for your return, we send Royal Mail to pick your item up and bring it back to us.
