RETURNS

If you have changed your mind or are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund or exchange of unworn items, returned in their orginal packaging within 28 days of purchase. 

You will not have to pay for your return, we send royalmail to pick your item up and bring it back to us.

PLEASE NOTE: Initial postage is non-returnable.

Please be aware, personalised jewellery can take up to 2-5 weeks to be made, sent for hallmarking and sent out to you. Depending on the item, so please message me if you would like more infomation.
