To determine your bangle size, simply tuck your thumb into the palm of your hand ( like you are about to put a bangle on ) and using a tailor's tape, measure your hand all the way around your knuckles.

Example: your hand measures 21cm your bangle size is a M for medium ( 21cm )

Or you can measure from knuckle to knuckle for your closest diameter size.

Bangles should go over the hand snug, not squeezed as this may cause the metal to bend.
