FREE RETURNS

If you have changed your mind or are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund or exchange of unworn items, returned in their original packaging within 28 days of purchase. 

You will not have to pay for your return, we send Royal Mail to pick your item up and bring it back to us.

Your piece is hand wrapped in a jewellery pouch, gift box and gift bag. 

Luxury Seasonal Grift Wrapping ( + £5 )

Your piece is hand wrapped and presented in a ribboned gift box inside a gift bag and completed with a personalised gift tag. ( see check-out to place your individual message )

Personalised, made to order jewellery, bespoke commissions and any jewellery altered upon request are exempt from refund or exchange.

Hand stamped and engraved jewellery is done by hand, and is also non refundable and cannot be exchanged as once marked this can not be changed so please make sure you have given the correct information for your personalised piece.

Please be aware, personalised jewellery can take up to 1-4 weeks to be made, hallmarked and sent out to you, depending on the item, so please message me if you would like more information.
