FREE RETURNS

If you have changed your mind or are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund or exchange of unworn items, returned in their original packaging within 28 days of purchase. 

You will not have to pay for your return, we send Royal Mail to pick your item up and bring it back to us.

Luxury Seasonal Grift Wrapping ( + £5 )

Your piece is hand wrapped and presented in a ribboned gift box inside a gift bag and completed with silver tissue paper and a personalised gift tag. ( see check-out to place your individual message )

VIXON SILVER Personalised, made to order jewellery, bespoke commissions and any jewellery altered upon request are exempt from refund or exchange.

Hand stamped and engraved jewellery is done by hand.
